Project: Confidential Client


Rosetta’s largest client is confidential. I was the day-to-day creative lead on the account for more than a year, shepherding a massive team of creative directors, copywriters, art directors, designers, user experience designers, and content strategists to create award-winning and results-producing work.

The work consisted of a huge CRM piece which included not only email but also app development and experiential, as well as social media support, retail app design, sizzle videos, and microsites. My organization was more than 30 people with seven direct reports.

Since taking on the account, my role included organizing the team into smaller autonomous units so that the volume of work that included social media posts, videos, and emails could get done. I was also responsible to building relationships with various stakeholders on the client-side to grow the business. In addition to leading the creative, I was on the client leadership team, steering the the account strategically.
